Family Nurse Practitioner & Medical Director

Justine Winchester, NP, brings over a decade of diverse healthcare experience to her practice, with a strong foundation in both allopathic and integrative medicine. A proud native of Arizona’s Verde Valley, Justine is deeply connected to the community she serves.

As an integrative medicine practitioner, Justine utilizes advanced testing and a holistic framework to uncover contributing factors to illness and create tailored treatment plans. Her professional interests include hormonal and metabolic health, anti-aging medicine, and regenerative aesthetics—using science-backed therapies to enhance and support graceful aging both internally and externally.

She has extensive experience managing a broad spectrum of chronic conditions, including cardiovascular and metabolic disease, autoimmune disorders, and endocrine disorders.  By integrating evidence-based lifestyle medicine with complementary therapies, she offers personalized care designed to promote long-term wellness and vitality. At the core of her work is a deep commitment to empowering patients to take control of their health through education, collaboration, and ongoing partnership.

Ania Bailor RN-BSN

Registered Nurse

Ania is a dedicated registered nurse with over 13 years of nursing experience. She has been a proud resident of Sedona since 2008. With a deep commitment to holistic wellness, she is passionate about supporting her clients in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She has completed additional certifications in holistic health coaching. Ania brings extensive experience, compassion, and a personalized approach to care, helping individuals make empowered choices for their health and well-being.

Abigail Morrissey RN-BSN

Registered Nurse

Abigail is a registered nurse with over a decade of clinical experience across pediatric, adult, and integrative care settings. A graduate of Villanova University’s College of Nursing (Class of 2012), she brings a deeply compassionate, whole-person approach to every client interaction—drawing from her diverse background in allopathic healthcare, trauma-informed yoga, and holistic health coaching.

Over the course of her career, she has served in some of the nation’s leading institutions, including New York Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital and Stanford Children’s Hospital, where she provided care to medically complex patients. In recent years, her passion has expanded into integrative medicine, with specialized roles incorporating mind-body-based healing modalities into her nursing care.

She is a certified health and wellness coach through the International Nurse Coach Association and a Vital Mind Reset coach, with additional training in trauma-informed yoga, postpartum support, and meditation instruction. She offers yoga, meditation, and community-centered workshops designed to foster resilience, healing, and self-empowerment.
